Over a decade in technology resourcing. Subsequently diversified into managing process and technology change projects, again in the recruitment space (RPO). Focus more recently has been on exploring use of Social Media in recruitment, particularly around Twitter. Previously started (concept / raising finance / sales / operations) and exited TweetJobs. Now at Communities tech start-up BraveNewTalent in a multi-faceted product/tech/sales role.
